Q. Do you have a store or showroom I can visit?
A. Unfortunately, as we are a wholly online business, we do not have a physical store that you can visit. Our warehouse is for processing and pick-up of online orders only - we are unable to service walk-in customers. This reduces our overhead and keeps our prices low to ensure you receive the best possible price.
Q. How much does shipping cost?
A. Shipping charges are calculated on a per order basis and vary based on the postage destination. See below for a our current rates (includes GST):

NSW/ACT - $20.00

VIC/QLD - $25.00

SA/TAS - $35.00

WA/NT - $35.00

Alternatively, Sydney metropolitan customers may collect their order from our warehouse in Glendenning, free of charge. Just select "Pickup From Warehouse" as the shipping method at the Checkout page when placing your order. We will advise you by email of our warehouse address. Pick up is available 9 a.m to 5 p.m. Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Q. Can I pick up my order?
A. Yes, our warehouse in Glendenning, Sydney is available for collection of online orders. When placing your order, select "Pickup From Warehouse" as the shipping method at the Checkout page. We will advise you by email of our warehouse address. Pickup is available 9 a.m to 5 p.m. Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Q. Do you deliver to my area?
A. We deliver to most areas within Australia. Our carrier Star Track Express delivers shipments during regular business hours, and requires someone to be present at the delivery address to sign for and accept delivery of goods.
Q. Do you deliver to Post Office (PO) Boxes?
A. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
